The Constitution of the United States of America says “No state shall make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts” — yet for the last 110 years, they have been using "Federal Reserve Notes", which say on their face “This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private.” A one ounce gold coin was $20 in 1932. 2 years ago, it was over $2000 — so then it took a dollar to buy what used to cost a penny. Now, gold is over $5000 — so a dollar is now only worth half of what it was worth only 2 short years ago, while official sources claimed that inflation was less than 3.5% per year during this time! Many young people starting their working years in the richest nation on earth cannot afford food, shelter, or to start a family. What’s up with that?
